I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday from here. They were to be delivered to a local high school where she is a teacher. I put delivery by 1p. They never arrived and at 2:30p I got an email that the school wasn't taking deliveries and the order was canceled. I was refunded. I ordered a week ago, they waited til day of delivery to cancel? I've had other flowers delivered to the school with no problems. Also, if they'd emailed sooner they could have been delivered to her house. This is very unprofessional. I'm sorry I used them. I was trying to support a local business, never again....

I understand the frustration, unfortunately I was unable to complete delivery. This is a one-person business and deliveries are made between 2pm to 6pm I don't charge extra fees for deliveries in the morning or at specific times I just try to please my customers when is possible, despite having seen your note, of "please deliver early" it was not specified that it was a school and I realized putting together the route, Unfortunately I didn't arrive on time and Im very sorry. Thank You for trying to help a small local business and also for leaving me a very value lesson how to do better, Bless

Hi I live in Ct and I ordered a delivery for my moms birthday, she lives in florida. I was skepital about ordering online But everything turned out better than I expected. I called Bella Rosa florist who assured me she can make the gourmet basket for my mom and had it delivered the same day! It wasnt exaclty like the picture which she states but it was very close and I feel it was better! It had alot of stuff in the basket and even a nice floral arrangement which i didnt expect. She made my mom feel very special. Thank you so so much!!
